Augie & Ray's Drive In

The beef soup in this place was fantastic. There were days when they had chicken soup and/or shrimp soup but I never had it. The menu was really limited but the food was good! The soup had basil, sprouts and lime. The chili sauce was available but very stingy to use! It is made from Haberas or Ghost Peppers or some equally powerful. A small spoon will make a bowl of soup fragrant. Parts are very generous in size. Medium-sized bowls are large and big are huge. Prices range from $10 to $12. Drinks are usually water, soda or iced coffee. Ice coffee is good. The restaurant has doubled in size but not that big. Weekday lunch is crazy. Even weekend lunch is crowded. If you can, you better go when you get off work. They are closed on Mondays. Restaurant also takes out. When you&#39;re ready, you can prepare the soup or separate the ingredients to make your own.A large soup can make two meals, although you may need some extra broth
